Hannah has acted on behalf of both landowners and operators but has a particular focus on operator work. Hannah specialises in advising on greenfield and rooftop sites under the Electronic Communications Code and has extensive experience in drafting and negotiating leases (including renewal leases, new Code leases and consensual agreements), licence agreements, interim rights agreements, access for survey agreements, wayleaves, surrenders and other ancillary documents.
Hannah regularly advises on complex transactions involving bespoke drafting and the resolution of intricate title issues, and works closely with DWF’s litigation team to provide transactional support.
