In particular, Claudia provides both judicial and extra judicial assistance to companies, investment funds and national and international financial institutions in connection with the development, acquisition and financing of energy and infrastructure projects. Over the course of her career, she has gained experience in projects relating to renewable energy plants, natural gas distribution and storage, as well as traditional energy sources and energy efficiency initiatives.
She also carries out legal due diligence on numerous projects involving both fossil energy sources (gas and hydrocarbons) and renewables (wind, hydroelectric, photovoltaic and biomass plants).
Beyond the energy sector, Claudia has assisted national and international companies on administrative law matters, including urban planning and construction, commercial authorisations and other permits required for specific business activities. She has also developed specific expertise in environmental authorisations (EIA, PAUR) and remediation procedures, both for the construction of industrial sites and real estate projects, ensuring regulatory compliance and effective process management.
