Bill has regularly acted for major London Market insurers as well as numerous international companies across property, energy and construction lines of business. Over time he has come to specialise in advising insurers in relation to high value, complex subrogated recoveries. Insurers regularly contact Bill seeking his views on recovery programmes and their conception, implementation as well as performance. During his career, Bill has worked across jurisdictions and successfully resolved claims in the U.K., EMEA and APAC. In the last 10 years, Bill has recovered in the vicinity of $USD 85 million for insurer clients.
