Andrew oversees the DWF Group legal professional businesses which provide insurance services, as well as aligned industry businesses, including claims management, loss adjusting, audit, forensic accountancy and advocacy. He manages the regulatory aspects of DWF's expansion of its legal services offering globally, as well as provides legal advice and support in relation to all aspects of the insurance services business.
Andrew manages the legal arrangements in relation to core global panel appointments, including managing relationships with leading insurers worldwide and ensuring regulatory compliance with multiple professional regulators. He also oversees the legal aspects of the DWF Group's digital transformation projects, and manages group integration activity from a legal perspective.
Prior to joining the group legal team, Andrew was a corporate and commercial partner in DWF (Australia), with a focus on mergers and acquisitions, complex commercial arrangements and internal corporate and commercial policies, encompassing HR requirements and employment disputes.
