Alice has played a central role in DWF’s work on the Innocent Blender Plant dispute, a technically complex, multi‑phase project involving issues of design responsibility, project management, delay, operational readiness and significant expert evidence. Her work includes developing strategy, managing workstreams, liaising with expert teams, preparing submissions, overseeing cross‑border technical issues, and analysing project documentation.Beyond this, Alice advises on a wide portfolio of construction and infrastructure matters involving programme delay, variations, planning issues, design development, contract interpretation and claims for liquidated damages, acting for both public and private sector clients. She regularly assists in adjudications and Technology & Construction Court proceedings, and supports clients with strategic project advisory to help mitigate risk before disputes arise.
Alice combines technical understanding with clear, commercially focused advice, helping clients navigate complex issues efficiently and confidently.
