She manages trademark portfolios for multinational clients, provides IP advice, develops brand protection strategies, and assists with advertising campaigns.
Aleksandra has extensive experience litigating before the Polish Patent Office, administrative courts, and the Supreme Administrative Court. Her expertise includes representing clients in trademark oppositions, revocations, and invalidity actions. She also represents clients before civil courts, including the Polish Supreme Court. Aleksandra drafts and negotiates a wide range of contracts, including IP licensing and transfer agreements, settlements, and coexistence agreements.
Additionally, Aleksandra advises clients on privacy issues, particularly in transactions involving data protection, conducting internal audits for compliance with data protection regulations, and representing clients in proceedings before the President of the Personal Data Protection Office.
Aleksandra possesses highly developed organizational skills, critical thinking abilities, and a business-oriented approach. She is fluent in both oral and written English, with extensive experience in commercial and legal environments.
