DWF advises Banco BPM on a new acquisition financing for PureLabs S.p.A.

DWF, the global provider of integrated legal and business services, advised Banco BPM on the provision of a new acquisition financing facility to PureLabs S.p.A., the Italian platform specialised in the aggregation of multi-specialist medical centres, in support of the Group’s buy-and-build growth strategy.

The DWF team, which advised Banco BPM on the drafting of the financing documentation in connection with the transaction, was led by Gianni Vettorello, Co-Head of Banking & Finance Italy, together with Enzo Fanelli, Associate, and Matilde Rossa, Trainee.
