DWF advises Bildap's on crowdfunding authorisation

DWF the global provider of integrated legal and business services hasadvised Bildap S.r.l., in the authorisation process in front of the Italian Supervisory Authorities (Consob and Banca d'Italia).

Bildap S.r.l. is a platform for investing in real estate projects across Europe, and was granted authorisation to operate as a crowdfunding service provider, pursuant to EU regulation 2020/1503, the so called ECSP Regulation.

The DWF team was composed of senior associate Marta Tiraboschi, who handled all regulatory, authorisation and corporate profiles with the support of associate Rocco Tana and the coordination of partner Luca Lo Po'.

On March 6, the U.K. government unveiled its Spring Budget, introducing yet more changes to the pensions landscape.
