DWF, the global provider of integrated legal and business services, has advised Leviton Manufacturing Co., Inc, a New York-based global manufacturing business, on its acquisition of PRISM Data Centre Solutions Limited (Prism DCS), a UK-based manufacturer of network enclosures.
Prism DCS is a specialist data centre solutions provider specialising in the design, manufacture and installation of bespoke solutions including hot and cold aisle containment solutions, security caging and data centre cabinets. The transaction will add network rack, data and server cabinets to Leviton's system offering for enterprise and data centre customers across EMEA.
The DWF team was led by Corporate partner Mark Gibson, with support from Narissa Pankhania, Tom Rank, Guy Rusling and Sam Hodgson.
