DWF advises Banca Popolare Commerciale S.p.A. on governance renewal

DWF, the global provider of integrated legal and business services, has advised Banca Popolare Commerciale S.p.A. in the renewal of its governance, which led to the appointment of the new management and control bodies on 30 November 2023.

 

The assistance focused on the performance of corporate and regulatory activities relating to the management of the shareholders' meeting as well as the successful conduct of litigation activities related to initiatives launched by some shareholders of Banca Popolare Commerciale.

The DWF team that assisted Banca Popolare Commerciale was composed of Partner Luca Lo Po', Counsel Roberto Usai and Associate Ilaria Vizzuso.
