Thanks to the acquisition of Lymo Finance, the group consolidates over €160m transacted, around 98,000 registered users and over 8,000 investors who have made 41,500 investment transactions.
The DWF team was composed of partner Luca Lo Po', associate Isabella Marchetti for corporate and M&A profiles and senior associate Marta Tiraboschi on regulatory aspects.
DWF also recently assisted Walliance in the above-mentioned "double" authorisation as SIM and crowdfunding portal, with a team composed of senior associate Marta Tiraboschi and associate Gianluca Petrachi, coordinated by partner Luca Lo Po'.
For the French law profiles, Walliance was supported by the law firm Kramer Levin, while Lymo Finance and the selling partners were assisted by the law firm Mayer Brown.
