DWF strengthens team in London with key hires

DWF, the global provider of integrated legal and business services, has welcomed four new partners to its team in London.

Dhruv Chhatralia joins DWF as a partner in the corporate services team, and specialises in mergers and acquisitions, private equity and venture capital transactions in the Financial Services and Technology, Media and Telecommunications sectors. He was previously with Bird and Bird and is the latest arrival to the growing corporate practice in London.

Liz Ramsaran has joined the employment and pensions team as partner having worked in some of the City's leading pensions practices, most recently having spent the last five years at PwC where she established its national pensions Environmental Social and Governance (ESG) business and advised on market leading pensions risk transfer work.  Liz has extensive experience advising trustees, corporate sponsors and providers on all aspects of pensions and will bolster DWF's growing pensions de-risking and deals practice.

Michael Gwilliam and Jo Pizzala both join DWF from Plexus as partners in the insurance team. Michael's experience spans more than 25 years and he is recognised for his expertise in defending multi-party and group actions including within the travel and tourism sector. Jo has over 30 years' legal experience and specialises in personal injury, catastrophic loss and motor.
