We've continued to develop our subsidiary management and compliance support services, with our UK team currently overseeing the management of over 850 UK companies' statutory records.
Over the past twelve months, the CSS UK team has:
- undertaken a 12 month contract for a UK government regulated body, our engagement includes full Board and Committee support along with bespoke Corporate Governance advice;
- further developed our compliance service processes, sharing relevant information with our clients to ensure their continued peace of mind in terms of annual filing requirements;
- worked with our key contacts at the Companies Registry with regards to both time sensitive and high volume filings;
- continued to work closely with members of the wider DWF teams on a variety of projects, including small group re-organisations, providing our clients with a full integrated service.

Global Corporate Secretarial Team
Over the last year our team has further expanded and focused on solution based services to continue to support our clients in managing the increasing burdens of international corporate secretarial compliance.
Our key achievements for 2023 include:
- onboarding a number of new international clients to our compliance services, increasing the number of entities within our service by approximately 50%;
- launching our International Directors Duties Training service in an e-learning format, delivering introductions for directors undertaking international roles in a practical and efficient way;
- supporting clients through changes in their structures, including multiple international incorporation projects, expanding footprints for clients in new territories;
- ensuring holistic solutions for our clients, including supporting in wider legal areas across international locations.
