Menopause: Nutrition, exercise and complementary therapies
For many people HRT (Hormone Replacement Therapy) can provide relief from and assistance in managing symptoms of the menopause. However, it may not be an option for everyone. For example, where HRT is not available, not affordable or not acceptable, or when an individual simply cannot or does not want to take HRT for medically or personal reasons.
To support our diverse colleagues across our global organisations, this session included experts sharing information on the alternatives to HRT plus personal stories from DWF colleagues who have found these methods helpful.
