International Women's Day: In conversation with...

To celebrate International Women's Day 2025, we are excited to announce the return of our 'In Conversation With' sessions. Throughout the week, we will host 15-minute conversations with women and allies from across the business.

Event details

Each day, different individuals will share their unique career journeys, offering insights and inspiration. Join us as we celebrate the achievements and contributions of women in our organisation and beyond.

The sessions will be hosted on Go To Webinar and are free for anyone to come and listen in for a more in depth conversation about the many different roles in DWF and the people behind them.

Sara is a Director in our Commercial Services division based in Spain. Sara is a global D&I Champion and is part of the DWF Global Diversity, Equity and Inclusion Leadership Group.

Jewels is a Partner within the Fraud & Complex Motor Practice Group, located in our Liverpool office. Jewels is passionate about D&I and has championed this within DWF for many years and is also a trustee for the DWF Foundation.

Rebecca is an Associate Legal Counsel in our Central Services, located in our Manchester office. Rebecca has been involved and done some brilliant work in our Family Support Groups and other D&I and CSR agendas.

Natasha is a Partner in Dispute Resolution located in our London office. She is admitted to practice in the Eastern Caribbean Supreme Court and is an Associate Member of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators.

Dipti Gosavi is Assistant Vice President of Legal Operations and is based in our Pune office. Dipti is a seasoned professional in contracts management and corporate law, with a decade of diverse experience across consulting, in-house roles, and ALSP's.
