Experience
Tomasz has been managing and advising on complex financing transactions for over a decade (prior to joining DWF he had worked for a top-tier international law firm). He has worked on numerous real estate finance transactions (relating to retail, office, warehouse, industrial, residential, hotel and mixed-use assets), and has experience in a variety of other finance transactions as well, including corporate finance and project finance. Tomasz has been also advising on real estate developments and acquisitions.
