Stephen has a wide knowledge of personal injury claims regularly acting for both Claimants and Defendants in Motor and EL/PL with particular expertise with claims involving fraud and allegations of FD. Stephen is experienced with MIB claims.
Stephen also has experience of and accepts instructions in:

- Possession Claims
- Consumer Credit Litigation
- Property Disputes
Stephen was junior counsel in a High Court class action brought by 20,000 Kenyans against the Foreign and Colonial Office in respect of serious abuses committed by the security forces under British control during the Kenyan State of Emergency during the 1950’s. He also has experience of: conducting Inquests including before a jury, CICA appeals and professional negligence claims
