With a solid eight-year track record in legal services, Prajwal has honed a comprehensive skill set that empowers him to thrive in his role. In his role as an offshore project manager, Prajwal plays a pivotal role in nurturing robust client relationships and leading multiple teams.
His pursuit of excellence is evident in his dedication to develop subject matter expertise, enhancing attention to details, delivering superior training and feedback to his teams. He is accountable for generating comprehensive client reports, preparing client facing deliverables and managing escalations, with an emphasis on perpetual process enhancement and effective communication. Prajwal embarked on his professional journey in August 2016 having been recruited by DWF through a college placement initiative.
He started his career as an associate attorney at DWF, primarily handling contract abstraction projects. Due to his deep understanding of the subject and leadership acumen, he was promoted to the role of senior attorney where he was tasked with creating client facing reports, resolving escalations, preparing deliverables and performing quality checks on multiple contracts projects. Prajwal's diligent work on these responsibilities paved the way for his advancement into a managerial role. Prajwal completed diploma in cyber laws from The Asian School of Cyber Laws in 2014 and graduated from Law College Dehradun in 2016. Beyond his professional pursuits, he is passionate about playing football and chess as well as exploring new destinations.
