Paweł has almost ten years of experience of providing legal services in the commercial real estate sector – including office, logistic, retail, and residential parks.
He specializes in advising on transactions concerning sale and acquisition of single and portfolio real estate (asset, share, and enterprise deals) as well as the insuring, financing, and refinancing of these transactions.
Paweł also advises on leasing (on behalf of both landlords and tenants), development, and asset management of real estate.
