Experience
Lionel has a wealth of experience in all aspects of legal costs and has specialised in this area of law for over 20 years. Prior to this Lionel worked in commercial litigation which gives him an insight into the litigation process. Lionel's main focus is in the area of the costs management and budgeting process in high value and complex matters, advising on strategy, the preparation of cost budgets and advice on countering the opponents cost budget.
