Jan Winiarski is a lawyer and works as Junior Associate for Dispute Resolution Department of DWF in Poland. He specialises in public procurement law and issues related issues, in particular public-private partnership and administrative law.
In his practice he focuses on assisting and advising entities at each stage of the public procurement procedure, including in particular the preparation of draft tender documentation, drafting legal opinions. He supports and advises contractors applying for the award of a contract, including on the correctness of prepared bids, explanations and documents submitted during the tender, and represents the contractors before the National Appeal Chamber. He supports Clients at the stage of execution of public procurement contracts.
