Helen runs a busy and varied caseload of employers liability, public liability and motor claims including highway liability, fatal accidents, NIHL and occupiers liability. Helen specialises in handling high value, complex employer and public liability litigation on behalf of construction companies and their insurers dealing with multi-party disputes, additional/Part 20 claims, sub-contractor disputes and recovery actions.
As well as managing her own caseload Helen assists a number of partners on £million+ complex, high value chronic pain and brain injury cases for large insurers.
Helen previously worked for 13 years as a Claimant solicitor, latterly as a partner in a large regional practice specialising in high value/complex personal injury claims and leading a successful team of junior lawyers.
