Through effective management and strategic guidance, he drives synergy among these diverse teams to deliver exceptional results for clients spanning industries such as financial services, pharmaceuticals, energy automotive, consulting, real estate, and software.
A seasoned project manager, Harmeet has a history of close collaboration with major investment banks, where he played a pivotal role in ensuring compliance with client money rules and Basel III norms. His expertise extends to conducting comprehensive reviews of procedures in markets like Taiwan, Brazil, and Korea, particularly within stock borrow lending desks of large investment banks. Additionally, he has led the transformation of contract lifecycle management platforms and front/back-end trading systems, optimizing efficiency and resource allocation.
Throughout his career, Harmeet has spearheaded numerous process improvement initiatives, leveraging automation, system enhancements, and lean methodologies to deliver substantial annual cost savings for his clients.
Harmeet's academic credentials include a Master of Business Administration from Christ University and a bachelor's degree in Accounting from Central Queensland University.
