Experience
On January 2022 Claudia joined Absolute Energy as legal counsel in relation to the development, financing and acquisition of renewable plants.
Prior to Absolute, Claudia Laterza has worked as senior associate (2009-2016) and as managing associate (2017-2021) at Legance – Studio Legale Associato.
During these years, she gained a wide experience in transactions relating to the energy sector, carrying out legal due diligence activities in relation to numerous projects, involving both fossil (gas and hydrocarbon) and renewable energy sources (wind power plants, hydroelectric, photovoltaic and biomass). She advised leading national and international companies, public and private institutions, credit institutions and investment funds in relation to the development, acquisition and financing of energy projects, performing due diligence, legal advisory, research activities as well as in the drafting of legal opinions.
She also dealt with environmental authorizations (EIA, PAUR) and remediation procedures in the context of both the development of industrial sites and real estate projects.
