Antonio’s practice focuses on advising clients on extraordinary transactions and providing ongoing legal counsel in connection with the acquisition, development, and management of real estate assets, with a particular focus on regulatory compliance and the protection of clients’ interests.Throughout his career, he has gained significant experience in conducting legal due diligence exercises and in drafting and negotiating acquisition, sale and purchase, and general contractor (GC) agreements. He has also developed extensive expertise in the structuring and management of asset and property management agreements relating to residential, commercial, and retail properties, including major shopping centres.
