Ali has a breadth of experience in planning law. He advises on schemes in both the nationally significant infrastructure project (Planning Act 2008) and town and country planning (Town and Country Planning Act 1990) regimes.
Ali has acted on some of the most high profile Development Consent Order (DCO) projects in recent years including in the energy and aviation sectors.
Ali also has a wealth of development planning experience having acted on major tall building and mixed-use schemes in London and nationally.
