Alan acts for institutional investors, as well as owners, family/multi-family office, entrepreneurs, funders, operators, developers and asset managers (many of whom are based overseas).Alan has worked in many industry sectors in the UK and around the globe. His principal area of focus is corporate real estate and real estate investment and private equity transactions. He has supported clients across the spectrum of property sub-asset classes (including, commercial, residential, logistics, office and data centres) and has a special long standing interest in the hotel and hospitality sector.
Alan's experience includes numerous single and multi-asset deals, including development, investment and operational situations and from limited service to trophy assets.
