The transaction was aimed at the closing of the acquisition, for a consideration of approximately €18 million, from Programma 101 Sicaf and other shareholders of a stake exceeding 90% of the share capital of Business Innovation Lab (Bil), a fintech company heading the group of the same name, and one of the leading Italian operators in lending-as-a-service, buy-now-pay-later, and credit AI services, as well as the owner of the “Opyn” platform.
