The TIDE (Talent Inclusion and Diversity Evaluation) benchmark is a rigorous assessment tool used to evaluate organisations on their performance in eight key areas of diversity and inclusion: workforce, strategy and planning, leadership and accountability, recruitment and attraction, training and development, employment practices, communication and engagement, and procurement.
DWF has been a consistent high scorer in this annual benchmark since first entering it in 2017, demonstrating a willingness to engage with constructive feedback, challenge the status quo, and strive for better outcomes.
The benchmark helps identify areas for improvement and DWF is excited to explore where approaches can be developed further.
DWF are proud of this achievement and of the progress being made. The Silver Standard is a testament to the hard work of DWF colleagues at all levels globally and their dedication to creating a more diverse and inclusive organisation.
