The ENEI ( Employers Network for Equality and Inclusion) TIDE annual benchmark provides a fantastic opportunity for organisations to celebrate the great work they have undertaken to create greater inclusion and equality. It also helps organisations to assess gaps and barriers, and understand more about best practice, possible actions and the next steps to take to continue a journey of improvement.
In 2023 there were a record number of entries into the benchmark, more than 170 from across all sectors.
DWF is proud to be have been acknowledged as one of only sixteen organisations to be awarded the Gold TIDE Standard in this year's benchmark. The Gold Standard recognising progress and commitment to diversity and inclusion across a number of key areas including Strategy and Plan, Leadership and Accountability, Recruitment and Attraction, Training and Development, and Communication and Engagement.
