Additionally, he was a major contributor to the Sweet & Maxwell title Shareholders' Agreements by Muth & Fitzgerald.
When not at his desk Stephen is underwater. He is a PADI Master Scuba Diver and keen underwater photographer. On dry land he regularly goes to the gym and is a keen golfer.
