He receives his instructions from large corporate entities, insurance companies, loss adjusters and insurance brokers.Rob has over 16 years' post-qualification experience handling catastrophic personal injury claims, employers' liability claims, public liability claims, disease claims, motor and HSE prosecutions. He also has experience in conducting cases for insurers in respect of product liability. In the field of employers' liability claims, he has particular expertise in claims arising out of the use of machinery/work equipment and in claims arising in the construction industry. He has defended multiple class actions involving work related upper limb disorder, and also has experience in handling claims in respect of occupation stress and harassment.
