Lea is a dedicated dispute resolution lawyer who advises national and international clients from a variety of industries. She represents clients before German civil courts at all levels, as well as in arbitration proceedings under the rules of leading institutions such as the ICC, SCC, DIS and ICSID.

She has developed substantial expertise in handling complex commercial and corporate disputes, as well as investor-state arbitrations. Lea takes a strategic and client-focused approach to her work, ensuring that she provides tailored solutions in high-stakes proceedings.

Lea is an active member of the DWF Global Arbitration Team and contributes to the DWF Class Action Team. She is also engaged with the arbitration community through her membership of the Young German Arbitration Institute (DIS40), where she regularly participates in professional development activities.
