Prior to joining DWF, George spent several years at Ashurst in London supporting both Early Careers and fee earning teams as a HR Business Partner. Prior to this he worked at the original ALSP, Lawyers on Demand, supporting HR and Recruitment for global tech companies, banks and law firms.
George is neurodivergent and is a passionate advocate for D&I in particular disability and mental wellbeing.
He holds and MSc in HRM from King's Business School as well as being an associate member of the CIPD.
