Jordan Serfati, Partner at DWF in France, comments: "I am particularly excited about joining DWF to take on and develop the tax practice. In addition to its international dimension, the firm has first-rate transactional skills in Paris, in M&A as well as in finance and real estate. These assets, coupled with the firm's ambitions for growth in the French market, were the main reasons for my decision to join DWF."
Jon Stevens, Global Head of Tax & Private Capital and Partner at DWF, adds: "Today's businesses have to operate in a tax landscape that is becoming increasingly complex under the influence of new regulations, including at European level. To meet our clients' challenges, DWF has an international advisory strategy, with strong tax expertise in each of its offices. It is against this backdrop that we are delighted to welcome Jordan Serfati, who, with his wealth of experience, is taking over as head of the tax department in Paris."
