Amanda and Tamara bring a wealth of experience to the DWF growing General Insurance team in Australia. With over 16 years' experience, Amanda acts in relation to a wide range of public liability, product liability, professional liability and property claims, including subrogated recovery. She regularly advises on complex policy coverage and other insurance issues. Tamara has broad experience in defendant insurance law having worked with insurers, insureds, brokers and underwriters in the defence of both personal injury and property damage claims, including claims involving complex multi-party litigation.
Amanda and Tamara join DWF Principal Lawyer and Head of General Insurance Matt Dudakov, who leads a diverse practice specialising across multiple insurance lines, primarily casualty, professional indemnity, financial lines, property/recoveries and construction.
The new recruits in Australia follow the recent high profile insurance hires which include Bill Evans, Victoria Clucas and Adam Pryor in Dubai.
