The move comes on the back of a business-wide workplace survey conducted in the first quarter of 2021, where the overwhelming majority of employees indicated their preference for agile working.
This included splitting their time by being office-based between 2-3 days each week.
In line with the new office strategy, DWF’s team in Dublin has moved from its former home in 5 George’s Dock to office space at 2 Dublin Landings in the heart of the Dockland’s business district.

Along with our counterparts in our UK and global offices, the DWF Executive and Dublin partners discussed how our office requirements and working habits have changed and the ways in which this affects our clients' and our own future working needs.
“With our colleagues also indicating that they preferred to be office based between 2-3 days each week, we decided to move to a hybrid-working model, with Dublin Landings presenting the ideal, fitter-for-purpose solution.
"As well as reducing our overall space significantly we’ve been able to provide an office environment that caters for a new way of working while also supporting our goal of reducing unnecessary travel and minimising our carbon footprint.”
