John Campion is a highly experienced corporate lawyer with a track record of many cross-border complex transactions, including mergers and acquisitions, public takeovers and equity capital market transactions. He joins DWF from DLA Piper in Birmingham where he was a corporate partner. Prior to DLA Piper, John had a short stint at Shoosmiths. He began his career at Allen & Overy in London, where he trained and spent 7 years in the corporate team.
