The Civil Justice Council (CJC) has recently published their final report on enforcement in England and Wales, which you can access via this link here, following a call for evidence and break-out sessions at the CJC's National Forum.
The report aims to make enforcement more efficient and effective while ensuring fairness and protecting vulnerable defendants. To achieve this, a working group was formed, including representatives from debt advice agencies, the enforcement industry, the Ministry of Justice (MOJ), HMCTS, and members of the judiciary. DWF's Nicola Critchley was the Insurance member on the group.
