Women have a unique role to play in adding a new layer of perspective in an industry where the male voice has played the leading part.
Although in recent years we have seen a shift, it is slow moving. It's now time to accelerate progress, to improve female representation and increase diverse talent pipelines in the construction industry.
Our Aim
Our aim is to create a positive environment for female professionals in the construction industry across the UK, Ireland, Northern Ireland, Scotland and Wales. Our network will help forge relationships and build connections.
