Sexual harassment: Mandatory duty for employers – New legislation is being introduced requiring employers to take proactive steps to prevent sexual harassment in the workplace. We will provide an overview of this new duty and an outline of the steps employers should be taking now to prepare.
What's on the horizon? – We will conclude the webinar with a horizon scan of what the future may look like for employment law, including what impact the general election may have on reform and the likelihood of the resurgence of employment tribunal fees.
