Our Run Club is a great opportunity to keep fit, get some air, see the city and make some new connections. All abilities welcome, however, numbers are limited and spaces will be allocated on a first come first-served basis.

Timings
17:30-17:45: Arrival, change, pre-run stretching
18:00: Prompt departure for the run
18:45–19:00: End - water, snacks and reflections on the run!
We hope to make this a regular occurrence and routes will vary on future dates.
