Experience
Catherine specialises in investigations and criminal prosecutions brought by a range of regulators, including the CPS, HSE and local authorities, representing and defending companies and individuals. Catherine has experience in representing clients from the initial investigation stage and advises during PACE interviews, through to complex investigations, criminal proceedings and trials. Catherine has extensive experience representing clients in both the Magistrates' and Crown Court, as well as representing clients at inquests. Catherine also advises clients on compliance and regulatory matters, ranging from individuals to global companies. Catherine regularly provides urgent regulatory advice to companies to enable the continued operations and running of their businesses. Catherine is a part of the Tier 1 Legal 500 ranked team.
