Andy is part of our Early Careers Development team, supporting our main Early Careers programmes.
Andy coordinates all client secondments at DWF, liaising with the client, the client partner and secondee to allow a smooth transition onto secondment. Andy also supports with onboarding, induction, appraisals, development and qualification.
Prior to joining DWF, Andy has worked at HM Courts & Tribunals Service as an Administrative Officer and has also worked at BLM (since merged with Clyde & Co) as a Legal Support Administrator.
