DWF has advised Vam Investments in the double acquisition of Orange and Egosistema

DWF, the global provider of integrated legal and business services, has assisted Vam Investments, Italian private equity, in the completion of the acquisition of Orange and Egosistema, companies active in the gym sector, giving rise to the Gym Nation Italia group.
DWF acted with a team coordinated by partner Luca Cuomo, composed of senior associate Alberto Sieli and associates Giulia Santi and Natale Galluzzo for all Corporate and M&A aspects. Gianni Vettorello, Co-Head of Banking & Finance, Giorgia Porcile and Martina Giovannini managed the preparation and negotiation of the contractual documentation for the financing granted by the banks in the entire operation.
