Gianni has strong experience in banking & finance acting for finance providers and borrowers in Banking transactions, including acquisition finance, real estate finance, project finance, structured finance, general corporate lending, asset finance, refinancing and restructuring.

He has also a strong experience in Capital Markets, M&A, Private Equity and Real Estate.
