In the realm of insolvency, Sarah demonstrates proficiency in handling personal and corporate matters, regularly representing clients in bankruptcy and winding-up hearings.

With extensive property law experience, Sarah adeptly navigates commercial and residential landlord and tenant disputes. Her appearances in various courts and tribunals, including the County Court, High Court, Magistrates Court, and First-Tier Tribunal, underscore her breadth of expertise. Before her pupillage, Sarah's tenure at a nationwide estate agent honed her skills, particularly in drafting and renewing leases for telecom masts, enriching her understanding of property law. Other experience includes interim injunctions, boundary disputes, party wall disputes, breaches of covenant and rights of way.
