Experience
Before joining DWF Roberto spent five years at Studio Legale Cincotti-Giucastro; but the most significant experience was being part of the team of SeAS-Sanzo e Associati Studio Legale for eleven years, becoming a partner and gaining significant experience in civil litigation with particular reference to the commercial field dealing with lawsuits worth millions of euro; then he was part of the team of Pavia and Ansaldo as a counsel for one year.
Recent Cases
Assistance and defence (in first instance and currently in the position of the appeal) of a former board member of a leading Italian credit institution, in an action of responsibility promoted for facts and events that were reported during 2005 and which also involved the Governor of the Bank of Italy at the time (petitum over € 600,000,000.00).
