Experience

Radosław has extensive experience in representing clients in civil and administrative proceedings and other forms of dispute resolution, including mediation and arbitration. He represents financial institutions both as plaintiffs and defendants in full range of banking, financial and debt enforcement disputes. Radosław also provides comprehensive advice to creditors, debtors and company boards on bankruptcy and restructuring issues, including representation in formal bankruptcy and restructuring proceedings.

  • Advising and representing banks in disputes over clauses: Advice and representation of banks in disputes concerning clauses: valorisation, interest, UNWW, increased margin and other provisions of credit and loan agreements disputed by consumers;  (total of approximately 1 600 cases) - dispute management, procedural strategies, communication, negotiations, court proceedings before first and second instance courts and the Supreme Court.
  • Advising and representing a bank in proceedings before the Court of Justice of the European Union.
  • Advising and representing one of the fastest growing financial groups in Poland before the International Court of Arbitration at the International Chamber of Commerce in Paris.
