Paweł specialises in real estate matters and matters related to zoning and construction process. Key areas of his expertise include legal advisory in the fields of construction process which encompass construction works agreements pertaining to the infrastructural projects as well as administrative aspects of the construction process.
He has been involved in particular in:
- advising one of the largest Polish companies from fuel sector on drafting and negotiating two construction contracts concerning power infrastructure servicing among others production plant in Central Poland
- advising one of the largest data centres operators in Poland on drafting and negotiating construction contract concerning extension of the data centre complex
- advising one of the largest data centres operators in Poland on drafting and negotiating of the sale agreement within the framework of the sale and leaseback transaction concerning the real property of this operator
- drafting and negotiating real estate sale agreements within the framework of advisory, among others for an international large area retail centre operator and an international fuel stations operator.
